Brave Bison are looking for a talented video creator to join our in house, multi-platform editorial team to work on a new channel that publishes entertaining work and careers content aimed at Gen Z. The right candidate is someone who is excited about creating empowering and shareable online content and must be driven to build a community that's inspired by aspirational and entertaining work-related content we create. You must be someone who, not only has the creative and organisational skills to produce/shoot and edit short form video projects, but someone who has a strong interest in the current 'careers' landscape, along with an eye for graphics and full and comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.

You must be willing to get stuck in as we are a fast growing, entrepreneurial company with a test and learn ethos. You must have strong attention to detail, an outgoing personality, and the ability to think on your feet. Candidates must be self-starters, able to handle quick turnarounds on video deliveries. You will be asked to oversee multiple projects at once; so being able to multitask and prioritise is key.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Is excited to push the envelope of what digital video can do on social media platforms and in online environments.
* Excited about entrepreneurship and creating content around it
* Highly experienced operating camera and studio equipment
* Is committed to finding new ways to approach the conventional forms of short-form storytelling.
* Is ready to conceptualize and produce engaging short form videos and series.
* Is comfortable with shooting/directing, dealing with talent and obtaining signed releases and clearances.
* Is able to collaborate with different creative teams and departments.
* Has a desire to embrace new experiences and to continue to learn more about their craft.
* Is culturally clued up and in particular is immersed in internet culture, understanding what Gen Z love to watch and engage with on social platforms.
* Locate resources and manage third party vendors as needed
* Most importantly we are looking for a candidate who is a switched-on, super-enthusiastic hard worker, willing to work hard to develop their skills and doesn't need to be asked twice to complete tasks

Qualifications:
* At least two years' experience working in digital video production preferred
* Deep and demonstrated knowledge of current social media technologies and platforms.
* Must have a strong knowledge of the video, audio, graphic & post-production process.
* Media degree advantageous but not a requirement
