We're looking for a creative, effective and motivated Commercial Video Producer to join our growing production team at Culture Trip. Based in our London office you will produce outstanding branded content campaigns, with a fresh and engaging feel, for Culture Trip's growing client base.

You will conceptualise, research, pitch and produce films that deliver brilliantly for both our audience and our clients.

You will work with our in-house production, sales and design teams to deliver work that will be memorable and distinctive. We want to bring great storytelling to our commercial films as well as our editorial ones.

In addition to delivering great work, you will mentor and up-skill the existing team of video producers as they gain valuable commercial experience. You will help us grow this team as Culture Trip's commercial output increases.

Creative, communicative and collaborative, you will have a strong background in commercial storytelling and production management. You should be a confident and diligent person with the demonstrated ability to develop new client ideas and meld editorial sensibilities with client requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Consistently produce commercial films which hit our clients' objectives while maintaining Culture Trip's passion for strong storytelling and delighting audiences
* Ideate, organise and produce video shoots around the world, both remotely and on location
* Manage multiple commercial assignments in a hands-on fashion during all stages of development, from ideation through post-production
* Responsible for delivering high quality and engaging video that supports Culture Trip's mission, within both generous and tight budgets
* Work with filmmakers and crews to produce their best work, on time and to budget
* With Production Lead, expand our roster of commercial filmmakers and crew, so we can deliver any project in any country
* Be the Executive Producer for commercial films produced by other colleagues, who you are helping to develop
* Maintaining the strong relationships between sales and production teams

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Experienced in producing engaging commercial films, which deliver on clients briefs while maintaining editorial integrity
* Demonstrated experience in winning commercial work through your ideas and execution
* Understanding of storytelling and what makes an engaging story
* Remote production experience
* Proficiency with using Sony cameras a plus
* You should be highly passionate about creating exciting, inspiring, and social films about people, places, culture and experiences all around the world
* The ability to work at speed in a fast turnaround environment, without sacrificing quality of content
* Appreciation of global audience and subtlety of cultural differences across the world
* Be comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously
* Passion for culture, travel, food, art, lifestyle will come in handy
