Jo Sarsby Management is seeking a Client Manager to join their busy Bristol team. This role is to cover maternity leave.

We are a Bristol-based TV talent management agency and are looking for an outstanding Client Manager.

You'll have substantial secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level with significant experience of working in a fast paced, busy and deadline driven environment. You'll plan, organise and manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring that our clients are always in the right place at the right time and fully prepared in advance of bookings.

You would talk to our clients on a daily basis and would be the go-to person for the clients to phone in with any problems. The candidate would need to be a good communicator, have a friendly manner, be highly personable and must be confident when dealing with on screen talent as well as with independent production companies. The role requires overseeing filming and international travel schedules, so time-management skills and experience of working to deadlines are essential.

You'll work well as part of a collaborative team and individually. You'll also be expected to manage the company's social media platforms, as well as be on hand to assist clients with theirs if required.

A background in television production is preferable. The role is full time and is covering maternity leave so exact contract length is to be confirmed. A full handover will be given over a one-week period.

Start date is the beginning of January 2019 and salary negotiable. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 0930 - 1800. Location: Cheltenham Road, Bristol.
