IMG Studios is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the Channels team. The Channels Team Assistant will report to the Senior Planning Scheduler, and will be responsible for assisting the channels team in all aspects of the preparation and delivery of media, schedules and playlists to TX.

Key responsibilities will include assisting the Senior Planning Scheduler in the creation and data entry of the monthly schedules; updating inventories and monitoring media deliveries/availabilities; prepping playlists for the Presentation Scheduler; ensuring weekly media list is updated and instructions for all promos, adverts, bumpers and sponsorship are clear. Additional responsibilities will also involve assisting the Channel Manager with all short and long form media management; collating and delivering media transcripts, music cues and meta data. Synopsis writing will also be required.

Successful candidates will have a knowledge of file formats and electronic media transfers, as well as understanding of channel broadcast. Some experience of Provys, or equivalent, is desirable. As is previous experience of working within a broadcast or post-production environment.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will require working during typical holiday periods such as Easter/Christmas. Some late start/finishes and weekend working may also be required. This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
