CEO, Women in Film and TV UKLondonThis is a unique opportunity for an innovative and inspirational CEO to lead Women in Film and TV at a time in our history when the organisation has never mattered more.The RoleWFTV is already a highly successful organisation, so we are looking for an exceptional leader to take our organisation to the next level to develop and maximise our impact, profile, membership and income.Reporting to the board, the new CEO will be a key member of our leadership team, playing a crucial role in developing WFTV's campaigning, lobbying, marketing, communications and fundraising strategies. You will also be responsible for running the WFTV office on a daily basis, leading the team to provide a comprehensive range of support, services and events for WFTV and our members. And you will lead on the development of a digital strategy and an integrated approach to marketing to support our key organisational objectives. About YouYou will be an innovative and creative thinker, with drive and ambition to campaign and lobby for change. A gifted public speaker and strong media performer, you will be able to inspire a wide range of different stakeholders. You will also be an imaginative and collaborative manager, inspiring and motivating your team in a manner that is positive and supportive of our vision, mission and values. You will have the ability both to provide direction and also work as a committed team player delivering effective strategy and action plans. Working collaboratively with the team and the board of directors, you will have excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to build a strong network of relationships throughout the industry. The ability to communicate, persuade and influence effectively as well as a proven track record of achieving targets will be essential.The ideal candidate may be from a production, non-profit or perhaps fundraising background, whatever your background, you will have an in-depth knowledge and passion of the film and TV industry.Salary and benefits will be commensurate with similar roles in the non-profit sector.
