Brave Bison is a Social Video company. We work with brands, creators and platforms to create, distribute and monetise video that's fit for a digital world. We are made up of strategy, creative and production experts as well as distribution specialists and have offices in London and Singapore.The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious talent researcher to join our production team here at Brave Bison. The role will sit across our two new owned and operated channels Mutha and Perk.Both channels create video content targeted towards Gen Z and live across multiple social platforms - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will be culturally clued up and immersed in Internet culture, understanding what/who Gen Z love to watch and engage with.We're after someone with exceptional talent hunting skills, we want to create a pool of talent that can feature anywhere on our channels, celebrating what they do - from side hustles to CEOs. You'll need to be tenacious with your approach and able to think outside the box. Whether it's street casting, or searching the depths of the internet, you'll need to leave no stone unturned in order to find the right talent.Community managing our pool of talent will be crucial to the role too. Once you've found the right talent, it will also be your responsibility to maintain great relationships and keep talent interested until production and onwards.As a talented researcher, you'll also be tasked with finding both channels new and engaging content to publish on our feeds. You'll be working within the editorial team, so you'll develop a unique understanding of what's needed and what our audience respond well to.Key responsibilities and skills? Exceptional research skills? Ability to discover high volumes of potential talent? Ability to pitch our channels to talent? Excellent people skills? Tenacity and persistence? Exceptional organisational skills including excellent attention to detail? Able to collaborate with different creative teams and departments? A desire to embrace new experiences and to continue to learn more about their craft.Qualifications:? At least 2 years experience in casting research role or similar?
