We need someone who can manage casting for a kids game show for a major international broadcaster.

We need to find a casting manager to organise all the casting in the UK leg of what is a multi-country project.

The programmes are scheduled to be shoot in the week of August 14th, and we need to have cast contestants about 6 weeks before shoot date.

Each team will be travelling to Madrid for the shoot the day before their participation, and will be flying back to UK the same day or the day after.

Scope of work:

Who we need to cast -
We need to select 30 teams of contestants, each team made up of 3 members (that means 90 contestants to be selected to travel to Madrid): a boy, a girl and an adult .
The relation between each team could be of kinship but not necessarily, for example team' kids could be class mates and the adult their teachers).

When we need to cast -
Casting would be done 6 weeks before shooting. 2-3 days would be perfect to do a face to face casting in a public set.
2 weeks would be just for research and participant pre-selection.

How we need to cast -
We are going to need a casting place (theatre e.g.) where we could shoot the casting and the casting lines.

We have to shoot the casting because of we will broadcast some clips from the casting sessions ( a la X Factor)

Teamwork and Operations-
We will have to send the casting footage daily in order to help the client check the casting's progress.

The casting manager will work together with the client's content director/executive producer in order to share and speak
about the casting's progress

There will be regular conference calls during the casting process -before casting and during the casting process.

After the casting the client would like to work in Madrid, Spain with the casting manager
It would be during the shooting week (travel and accommodation expenses paid for of course)
