We are looking for an experienced Casting Producer for a returning series.

We are looking for a Producer who has experience of running, driving and managing casting teams. You should be able to lead with charisma, enthusiasm, and camaraderie, and be able to instil a passion for getting results into a casting team of five. You should be very organised, proactive, and be able to track and monitor the team's progress and casting schedules, and provide clear feedback and reports to your seniors. You should be a great delegator, able to identify people's strengths and allocate the right people to the right tasks.

Strong people-finding strategies, a persuasive style when writing biogs, and a good editorial head to oversee casting tapes are a must. Casting Producers who have worked on high volume factual programmes, and know the demands these series present, should boast about their ability to juggle in their cover note.
You should have a comprehensive understanding of compliance and contributor welfare, too.
