Our busy Casting department at ITV Studios requires a Contracts and Casting Assistant to join its team on an administrative basis based at Kirkstall Road in Leeds.

The role supports and works alongside the Emmerdale casting team as well as the contracts team that manages and generates contracts across the whole ITV studios output.

We will look to you to draw up, send out and process all the artists contracts relating to the programme both for regular cast, visiting actors and stunt performers whilst helping to manage the administration and paperwork relating to those processes.

In addition you will be expected deal with artists and their agents on a daily basis, including setting up interviews and following up after auditions. You will also deal with various production and managerial personnel at all levels of seniority so first class communication skills both oral and written are essential. You will also undertake inductions when new actors join our regular cast.

This is a rare opportunity to gain an insight into the administrative processes that are required behind the scenes in television production. A demonstrable interest in TV production and TV Drama is desirable along with experience of working in an administrative role. Experience of working with confidential information and documents would be beneficial.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this role as is absolute discretion with regard to the sensitive and highly confidential information held by the department. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure who has a keen attention for detail and a pro-active approach to task completion.
