Camera Roles (Qatar)
Doha, Qatar
We are looking for talent for a potential opportunity based in Doha, Qatar, for 1 - 4 years to be part of an embedded Film Production Unit. Arabic speaking candidates are desirable. Experience in TV / Advertising / Video Content production is essential.
All successful candidates must have a valid passport and be willing and able to relocate to Qatar. Business visa arrangements and relocation support will be included, and organised through ITN.
Salaries will be internationally competitive.

Camera Person
The Camera person will work with the in-house teams to capture video assets for internal and external distribution, often working independently without a crew.
What you'll be doing:
Film a variety of subjects, from interviews to architectural b-roll to sports, mainly in an ENG or documentary style
Understanding of requirements for visual storytelling and narrative is a must
Attend events and activations to capture footage of activities, often working independently without a crew
Utilise lights as necessary to create appropriate setups for filming
Capture clear audio in a variety of environments
Assist with tagging and editing captured footage as required
Ensure proper permitting and clearances as well as brand and rights compliance throughout all productions
Experience:
Strong experience as a DP / Videographer / Camera Operator
Expert familiarity with Arri, Blackmagic and Canon camera systems is necessary
Able to carry shoulder-mounted camera for long shoots as needed
Able to use gimbles and Easyrigs
Must have own transportation with capacity for carrying ENG-style camera and support gear
Must be able to dress appropriately based on the even and location (e.g. VVIP meetings, construction site, etc.)
Must be able to capture time lapses
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task on simultaneous projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Windows, OSX and all MS Office Applications

Camera Assistant / B Camera Operator
This role will work primarily with the main camera operator to help manage equipment and capture.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with managing and prepping camera, lighting, sound and support gear
Operate b-camera as needed
Set up timelapse gear as required
Operate remote-focus system
Experience:
Solid experience with camera equipment
Good experience working as a camera assistant
Prior experience with Arri, Blackmagic and Canon camera systems
Prior experience with timelapse systems
