Pixipixel are looking for an experienced Camera & Lens Engineer to join the Camera division, based in Hoxton.

Key responsibilities:

• To efficiently manage the camera repairs and engineering department, ensuring that the quality of equipment and service level exceeds client satisfaction.
• Responsible for the camera repair workflow ensuring maximum utilisation of camera rental items at all times.
• Manage the maintenance and service of lenses and accessories and the ordering of replacement and spare parts.
• Manage the computer inventory system to maximum efficiency, monitoring out of service equipment and minimising service turnaround times with a view to improving availability issues.

Skills & Experience:
• Applicants will have a minimum of two years' experience within a similar role.
• Experience of maintaining and repairing camera & lenses from major brands e.g. Arri & Cooke
• Ability to use lathes & milling machines
• Must be PC/Mac literate

About the role:
The role is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, working an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 8pm with a 1-hour break to be taken throughout the day.
