Apply broadcast production skillset to facilitate the performance and growth of S&P Global. Work closely with Studio Team Lead and Global Head of Studios to manage daily operations of the London Studios. Production activities include functional management of broadcast production studio, scheduling, filming, editing and coordinating production all designed to create industry leading internal and external broadcast content as well as best in class experience for corporate clients. Regularly partner with the Global Head of Studios and Global Studios team to champion the mission, vision and strategy of S&P Global Studios.ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES | RESPONSIBILITIES:• Continual facilitation and prioritization in production of top-notch corporate broadcast content that supports growth and performance of S&P Global• Manage scheduling and coordination of studio bookings to insure output is in alignment with business divisions' objectives and timelines• Working knowledge of control room operations to facilitate live and pre-recorded corporate video content• Exercise high quality pre-production standards and processes• Develop corporate understanding and business knowledge to establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally• Comprehend technological, regulatory and commercial developments relevant to corporate studio production and corporate broadcast content• Assist Global Studios team to develop analyses and reports on studio usage• Identify opportunities to implement cost and time efficiencies within Studio• Responsible for fluent business acumen of S&P GlobalOTHER REQUIRED ACCOUNTABILITIES | SKILLS:• Lots of progressively complex hands on related experience in all aspects of video production both in a studio setting and on-location• Knowledge in all aspects of video production including lighting, audio, camerawork, editing, and graphics in both live broadcasts and pre-recorded content as well as experience in production studio control room operations and board• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite• Flexibility and acumen to manage multiple projects, schedules and deadlines in fast-paced corporate studio environment• Ability to work effectively on a global team• Ability to write, communicate and speak succinctly and effectively• Intuition to assume personal ownership and accountability for projects, goals, and outcomes• High quality administrative, project management, customer service and organizational skills with ability to proactively plan ahead• Can do attitude with willingness to go extra mile and explore unfamiliar or non-traditional sources for solutions to problems along with strong problem solving skills• Independently adopts new and useful concepts to enhance Studios work• Degree in production, communications or related work experience.
