The Broadcast Services department within Premier League Productions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Coordinator to assist with delivering the best levels of service to International Licensees of the Premier League. The Broadcast Liaison Coordinator will assist the Broadcast Liaison Manager with all aspects of delivering On Site services to licensees from coordinating O.B facilities to generating call sheets and coordinating all aspects of a Premier League match day.

Working as part of the wider Broadcast Services team, key responsibilities will include the collation of International Broadcaster On Site requests, creation and distribution of call sheets and associated match day paperwork for all Premier League fixtures; booking of freelance crew and managing match day accreditation. The Broadcast Liaison Coordinator will also assist with assessing, coordinating and updating of Outside Broadcast facilities. In addition, the successful candidate will also be required to assist the Broadcast Liaison Manager with accurate administration and cost tracking of services the team offer.

The ideal candidate will have previous TV coordination experience, strong customer facing and service skills, attention to detail, a good working knowledge of Excel and Word and excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. A keen interest in Football and experience of Financial Reporting on SAP/Sales Online or similar software is desirable.
