Our Organisation
The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England. We are responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels; from grass roots through to the professional game, The FA Cup and the England International teams, and has two core assets: Wembley Stadium and St George's Park.

The Role
As the importance and focus on Women's football has grown over recent years, so has the need to provide dedicated resource to manage the various broadcast related workstreams. The ground-breaking Barclays FA Women's Super League broadcast deal with Sky and the BBC, brings additional delivery and requirement for a Broadcast Coordinator. Although the Coordinator will be primarily working across the Women's domestic leagues, the role will also bring additional assistance to the entire broadcast team working across all the properties of men's & women's football as well as the FA Player.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist with managing relationships and implementing all women's multi-platform football programming - working closely with domestic and international broadcasters and the FA Production partners
- Support onsite broadcast operations across all FA properties (England Men & Women, Emirates FA Cup, Youth Cup, U21s, Vitality Women's FA Cup, Continental Tyres League Cup) - including producing accreditation for each event, on the day duties such as permits, team sheet distribution
- Coordinate all women's football footage - including access and upload of content to FTP sites, highlights, live match streaming - communicating to stakeholders of where and when content is available
- Responsibility of updating and communicating the broadcast fixture document including fixture changes, camera and production requirements & hex codes
- Support clubs with all broadcast queries and requests
- Align FA Player operations and commercial departments for any club broadcast requests, simulcasts, changes and creation of thumbnails. As well as tracking team appearances and viewing figures
- Request and communicate broadcast picks with the clubs across all women's domestic football
- Produce 'Where to Watch' documentation to share with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding Sky & BBC for BFAWSL broadcast deals from 21/22 season onwards
- Process all footage requests - including both for external commercial partners and internal department requests, using the archive system to clip up footage
- Raise and manage delivery of Purchase Orders and Sales Requisition Forms for the broadcast department
- Organise and coordinate the shared broadcast mailbox to ensure queries are directed to the right person

- Willingness to travel and to work weekends

Desirable

- Commercially aware
- Good understanding of the broadcast rights industry including relationships with UK Broadcasters
- Understanding of all technical aspects of an outside broadcast operations
