We're looking for a brand and design Producer to join our team and help make things happen. It is a pivotal role that drives a project forward and keeps things on track every day. This is a role for someone super detail orientated with a knack for keeping the team motivated and prepared for all eventualities. The candidate should have previous agency experience, be happy to be involved with administrative tasks, have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-end creative on time and on budget.

Main Responsibilities:
Project management
Project budgeting
Project scheduling
Resource planning
Client management and relationship building

Skills and knowledge:
Familiar with brand design process & everything involved in meeting a client brief
Able to interpret key deliverables list and other production documentation/templates
Able to manage several tasks at once
Able to plan ahead and ensure everything and anything is prepped ahead of schedule (incl. agenda, travel, printed material, consumables, catering, venue)
Quality Control is essential to the role ensuring ALL outputs are checked and meet company standards
Excel skills are a must
Familiar with the Adobe creative cloud apps

Experience:
1-2 years experience as a producer (agency side)
Production experience within brand is a must, broadcast would be a bonus
Demonstrable focus on quality (improvement/checking/control)
Proven experience in project budgeting and scheduling
