Description Prime Function of Role: • To be the central point of contact for all celluloid film enquiries and for all digital technician and kit booking enquiries. Main duties and responsibilities include: • Providing excellent customer service by being first point of contact for all clients for both film and digital, ensuring all enquiries are swiftly answered; • managing and liaising with multiple stakeholders; internal staff, freelance DITs and video technicians, Kodak Lab, scan clients, kit room etc; • helping to maximise revenue by negotiating technicians' and kit rates; • dealing with all booking forms, technician contracts, purchase orders, crew CVs and other paperwork; • invoicing for all film-related bookings as well as creating draft invoices and quotes on Xero for all other bookings; • scheduling technicians and kit; • using a range of office software (Mac-based), including email, excel spreadsheets and databases (Xero bookkeeping); • developing and implementing new administrative systems; • some office management duties (with office coordinator) including: organising the office space and maintaining supplies of stationery and office equipment, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; • responding to, or re-directing customer enquiries; • line-managing one office coordinator and delegating as required; • other ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Details of the role: • 9 hours per day, 5 days per week with availability on the phone evenings and weekends to respond to last minute enquiries. • Salary dependent on experience.
