We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our team. Ideally you would have a background using Ceta and have a minimum of 1 years experience booking 3D and 2D work in a Post Production facility. You'll be working closely with the Producers and all Heads of Departments. The job will consist of creating jobs on Ceta and assigning the best resources to each project in order to secure the right artists on each one. Always ensuring that projects run on time and on budget. Making sure artists have the correct workstation, software, and notes to effectively and efficiently complete their jobs.You will also be constantly scouting, meeting and booking freelancers on regular basis. Recruiting for our 2D and 3D departments and attending talent/career fairs and presentations to find the best young talent and represent ETC.Requirements Attend weekly staffing and scheduling meetings and assist in coordinating others to participate in the breakdown and staffing of VFX work Work with department Managers to identify artists for upcoming work Updating Ceta database and communicate updates to Producers and Managers Act as backup to Managers to confirm end dates with Productions and communicate any changes to artists Resolve conflicts regarding artist scheduling and resource allocation Collect and organise feedback from Supervisors and Producers regarding artist performance Demonstrate knowledgeable on the skill sets of artists in assigned area; provide analysis of current and future needs and recommend strategies for the reconciliation of needs and available resources Maintain interview calendar and recruit artists, coordinating with Production and artists to ensure feedback is documented Manage artist setup process for new hires ensuring all artists have the resources they need to work efficiently; responsible for artist exit process and notification Coordinate with Engineering and vendors to acquire the machines, tools, and software necessary for each artist Regularly review and update scheduling process and policies with department Managers and Production Comprehensive knowledge of all things Google required; experience with Ceta a must Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to remain detail oriented while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts
