Position: Full-Time Bookings Assistant

We are looking for a Full-Time Bookings Assistant to join a leading production agency which provides services across all channels, both to agencies and directly to clients, with offices in over 30 cities worldwide and a 2,000 strong team of dedicated production professionals.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Bookings Assistant to join a fast-growing, multi-site department, reporting directly to the Head of Post Production. The role includes, but is not limited to:
• Supporting the team of Producers with project related admin such as raising PO's for freelancers and suppliers, setting up new vendors and raising new job numbers.
• Source and book freelancers with relevant and high quality skills when required and maintain up to date freelance database.
• Ensure that all operators are informed of what jobs they're working on at any particular time.
• Attend various production and project kick off-meetings and take minutes where necessary.
• Collate production status WIP on a weekly basis.
• Deal with initial requests and standard / ratecard bookings and generate estimates + produce some small scale projects with the supervision of Producers.
• Assist Producers with the scheduling of larger jobs on Farmer's Wife bookings software.
• Assist Producers with checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the server, in the correct place.
• Coordinate and book in TVC QC time and playouts.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key agency contacts.

The Person:
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a desire to learn and progress.
• Pro-active not re-active and a willingness to get stuck in.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to maintain lasting client relationships internally and externally.
• Genuine enthusiasm for post-production, production and advertising.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word etc.
• Some experience within a post house or agency would be ideal, but not necessary.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible but are willing to wait for the right person. The salary is flexible and dependent on experience.
