We're looking for a fresh, passionate, hit music-loving audio producer to join the Capital Imaging and Audio Production team at Leicester Square, London.
We're looking for a forward-thinking creative genius with a passion for audio production to help us continue to develop the sound of Capital and Capital XTRA. You need to have at least two years' experience in the game and your finger firmly on the pulse of all the latest hit-music trends and be able to apply this to all the work you do alongside the ability to think differently. You'll work alongside our experienced team to help create market-leading audio production and we'll help you develop and hone your skills along the way.

What you'll be doing:
Create award-winning imaging and co-branded content solutions for Capital stations across the UK on all broadcast platforms.
Working alongside the team to develop of the sound of Capital.
You'll be obsessed with the finer details that go into making every piece of audio perfect and have a natural thirst to make things better the following day.
Interpret creative briefs with imaginative and exciting ways.
Under the guidance of our Head of Production & Senior Imaging Producer, you'll be supporting the lead production in imaging.
For the avoidance of doubt, this is an audio producer role; not a station or studio producer.
You'll have these skills and experience:
An advanced knowledge of Pro Tools.
Huge experience in creating imaging and/or co-branded content production for a CHR station, skills at audio to visual within Protools is a bonus.
You'll be full of ideas and be able to think strategically about how audio will be used on the right platform at the right time.
We're looking for someone who obsesses about the detail. If you're a natural problem solver, with an outgoing and approachable attitude and creative flair - this could be the role for you.
You need to have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment without letting the quality slip.
High level creative writing ability with a thorough understanding of how to write in spoken English.
You'll be confident when working towards your own personal objectives as well as helping others in achieving business goals, regularly setting and stretching new standards and goals.
