Deluxe Media Audio is seeking an Audio Operations Assistant to undertake a variety of duties based in our Data Operations department. Flexibility on hours required.

Main Duties

Day to day running of the Data Operations department
General file management duties
Assist the Head of Audio, Audio Operations Manager and the wider Audio team on a daily basis and be aware of all materials needing to be delivered from the facility via various digital platforms
Make sure that all audio materials are made available in a timely manner for the allocated work schedule
Deliver audio assets to clients through various delivery platforms (Aspera etc.) & ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time
Ingest all audio data onto our servers and systems throughout the facility
Assist with backup and maintenance of audio material and drives
Archive appropriate audio materials
Liaise with clients
Maintain and update internal & client excel sheets/trackers
Transcoding & converting video
Assist with billing, scheduling & admin duties
Liaise & coordinate intercompany work orders with Deluxe teams worldwide - this will require flexibility on hours to meet demand
What You Bring

A good understanding of Film Sound Technology - i.e. the post production process, various file formats, and the post production workflow
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Able to work under pressure and meet very tight client deadlines
Capable of working in a team and being a very strong team player
Available to work long hours and weekends to meet clients deadlines as requested. These hours could be at very short notice
Willing to learn new technology and take on new responsibilities as and when needed
Adaptable and dynamic approach to a fast paced environment
Full UK driving license
