We are now looking for an Assistant TV Editor to write and commission TV previews for the Guardian and Observer and assist in the day-to-day running of our integrated TV desk for a 12 month FTC.
About The Role
Watching upcoming television and writing previews for the Saturday TV supplement, G2 and the Observer.
Commissioning freelance writers to provide intelligent, original preview copy every week and ensure production deadlines are always met.
Writing features and news where possible.
About You
Proven track record of writing, editing and commissioning
Wide knowledge of and interest in TV and the arts
Experience writing tight, colourful copy to strict deadlines
Experience editing and sub-editing copy
