Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the uploading of content to our social media platform and digital asset management system.
* Liaising with editorial, brands and buying teams regarding product and samples for shoots.
* Booking studios, photographers, stylists and lighting equipment when needed.
* Negotiating best rates for each job, dependant on individual budget.
* Responsible for maintenance and updating the budget documents, raising POs and other administrative tasks.
* Managing post production - retouch notes & deadlines.
* Monitoring the Harrods Food and Harrods Interiors social calendar and flagging when imagery is supplied or unavailable, with a view to maintaining a high standard of content.
* Prop sourcing and stock loans at times props team are unavailable.
* Help to set up a regular shoot schedule.
* Collating research imagery- including sourcing competitor publications and marketing imagery.
* Creating mood boards.
* Help with styling on set.
* Basic cropping, retouching / photoshop.
