The role - summary
We're looking for an extraordinary organiser and problem solver to oversee pre-production of several live action projects whilst the Project Lead is out of the studio. There will be client interaction in this role so confidence, good presentation and critical thinking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing production support: scheduling, casting, logistics, research, budgeting, managing freelancers, travel arrangements etc.

Experience / requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently but also a team player, happy to take direction
- Problem solver extraordinaire, able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Efficient with attention to detail and ability to constantly multi-task
- Good team player who is diplomatic, positive, calm and can manage pressure
- Ability to think ahead and solve problems
- Minimum of 5 years experience at Production Coordinator / Production Manager / Assistant Producer level
