Assistant Producer

London

Hub is looking for a talented Assistant Producer to provide support to the Chief Creative Officer, Producers and wider Hub team in developing and delivering video content including research presentation of findings and project coordination.

Main tasks include researching and evaluating data to produce meaningful information in the most useful way, as required for the project as well as contributing to Hub creative ideas, pitches, projects and services.

You will provide project management support on jobs and projects with a focus on organisation and scheduling. Working with the Producer and Production Coordinator to feed into costings and ensure budgeted margins are met and supporting the team on shoots, filming and editing as and when required.

Some administrative support to Hub's team is also part of the role as is working closely with specific Hub clients to support the delivery of client projects, building the client relationships.

The following skills and experience are needed: experience in a commercial production environment with a good understanding of commercial video workflows, proven experience in working as part of a pitch team, comfortable in delivering corporate video content within a range of budgets, budget management skills and a commercial outlook, the ability to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels and a determination to get things done with a keen eye for detail.

If you are a team player with a collaborative approach who can support and, on occasion lead a successful production, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a can do attitude and a good sense of humour, we would love to hear from you! The ability to shoot and edit would be very helpful.
