We create content that enthrals, empowers and inspires. We're passionate about nature, science, conservation and people power - excited by the potential to innovate and reach new audiences globally through moving stories and digital storytelling.

We have a few projects in the pipeline and are interested to hear from digital researchers and assistant producers. Our ideal candidates will have:

* Experience working across short-form content on digital platforms (eg Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)
* Experience working across wildlife / science / conservation content
* A good knowledge of online content and innovation
* A good understanding of the ways audiences consume digital media
* Strong editorial judgement
* Strong writing skills and communication skills
* Experience managing shoots and edits for online delivery
* Good contacts within science, wildlife and conservation
* Experience working overseas and in remote locations
* Experience sourcing and working with archive materials
* Ability to work within quick turnaround and to tight deadlines
* An adaptable approach to work, able to manage changing priorities as deadlines evolve
* Experience working in development - able to create taster material and produce pitch documents
* Experience working with talent
* Experience working with brands and on commercial content
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and happy to work independently when required
* Ability to research accurately to an editorial brief, using a range of sources and reference materials
* Shooting and editing skills
* Desirable: After Effects skills
