We are looking for a competent Assistant Producer to work across a number of Specialist Factual productions for Channel 4, spanning the themes of travel, science, engineering and history.

Candidates must have solid research skills, with the ability to concisely translate into readable documents. Personable, confident and hard-working, with a hands on approach to any task you may be set - from runner duties through to closely assisting the producer, director and talent. Other duties will include speaking to contributors over the phone and in person, setting up shoots and ensuring everything is smoothly executed on location, with all production paperwork completed and organised. Experience with data wrangling and logging is preferable.

Start date from the beginning of April, for a minimum period of 8 weeks. The role is based in the Birmingham production office, and will involve travel to the US in May.
