Reporting to the Channel Manager, the Assistant Producer (Preditor) will be responsible for assisting on the editorial production of VT content for the Premier League.

Key responsibilities will include assisting on the editorial production of highlights and archive programmes for the Premier League Content Service; planning, researching and editing content; log and review rushes and select suitable material for editing into highlights programmes. The successful candidate will also be required to self-edit to broadcast standard both archive and weekly programming for the Content Service as well as supervise post production as necessary.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an assistant producer and/or editor; be able to demonstrate experience of editing programmes/features to broadcast standard in either Avid or Adobe Premiere; have excellent knowledge of the Premier League and have experience of logging rushes and selecting material for edits. Experience on a wide range of sports programming, including Live OB's, quick turnaround highlights, documentaries and magazine shows would be highly advantageous.
