Assistant Producer - Animals & Plants Natural History

Bristol

Plimsoll is looking for an ASSISTANT PRODUCER to work on a blue chip series for a US broadcaster about the surprising ways in which animals and plants communicate.
This large-scale production will be challenging and exciting, technically innovative, with high production values.

Contract begins early March 2021, for 6 months, initially working from home and then based full time in our Bristol office. Opportunity to travel on shoots, Covid allowing.

Plimsoll's award-winning team has built a reputation within the wildlife filmmaking industry for telling new stories from fresh perspectives. This production is already underway and we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will need to have experience of complex foreign shoots, the latest camera technology, working in a large team, a passion for storytelling and a strong creative vision. There may be potential to gain directing experience. Natural history/zoology background is preferred but not essential.
