This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed cross brand creative, design, production and media hub, with the ambition of becoming the best in class across the broadcast industry dedicated to delivering innovative and award winning creative that span all platforms across our Viacom consumer brands including Channel 5, Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon.

Key Accountabilities:
Work with the Finishing Editor to create online content, oversee final pictures, and deliver the final output of 5Creative, including but not limited to promos for Channel 5, 5USA, 5STAR, 5Select, 5Spike, My5 & Paramount Network
Liaise with Producers, Creatives, Designers and Media Planning to ensure assets are delivered as ahead of transmission as possible to broadcast technical specification
Ensuring assets are correctly interlaced, GFX correctly inserted and aspect ratios are correct
Ensuring assets are clocked and versioned correctly for delivery
Aligning final audio and ensuring picture sync is correct
Identifying and flagging potential issues at the earliest opportunity
Reviewing workflows to make sure the process is as efficient as it can be

Required Experience & Knowledge:
Motivated with a passion for editing
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent spelling and grammar
Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro
Good knowledge of After Effects
Experience working in a post-production facility
Knowledge of Mac software
Microsoft Office
Ability to both operate self-sufficiently and also work as part of a larger team
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a constantly shifting environment
Highly organised with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Preferred Experience & Knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Media Encoder)
Experience of technical and eyeball QC
Experience using Vidcheck
Basic colour correction knowledge an advantage
