BBC Children's are currently looking for an organised, creative and highly motivated Assistant Content Producer to join our 'Whole BBC for Kids' project in Core Interactive. Here you will play a central role in curating the most relevant content for children from a range of BBC sources, publishing it onto our platforms and evaluating its audience impact - as well as creating bespoke interactive content when required. You will have strong editorial judgement, a thorough understanding of the BBC Children's audience and lots of ideas of how to engage children in pan-BBC content across multiple platforms. Experience in editing and Photoshop are essential to this role as well as a knowledge of iSite, Promo Tools, castaway, curation kit, iBroadcast and Binary Store. Self-shooting is desirable but not essential. The role will be based in MediaCityUK, Salford and this is for a 3 month fixed term contract.
