We're looking for a second Art Director who can transform big ideas into film.

Speaking of clients, you need to be able to command and inspire a room full of executives. You need to be able to cut through the noise and spot opportunities that deliver real value, especially when there's a high degree of complexity. Put another way, you eat challenges for breakfast.
