Gutsy Animations UK is looking for an Art Department Coordinator to join the production team in Bristol for its award-winning series "Moominvalley". Due to the Covid19 virus, this role will initially be working from home but as soon as we're able to return to normality, it will be based in Clifton, Bristol.

Key responsibilities:
• Main point of contact for the Art Department
• Support the Snr Production Manager in overseeing the Art Department schedule and workflow
• Tracking delivery of design assets to partner studios
• Scheduling and attending design reviews with Directors
• Delivering feedback for assets/keylights/vfx
• Work with Snr Production Manager to schedule meetings/calls for design, layout, animation and light & comp
• Producing script asset breakdowns and flagging any issues with Snr Production Manager
• Assisting the Production Designer with weekly schedule and communication
• Completing the prop, character and location breakdowns within the layout briefs for the Directors
• Updating prop and character database for crew internal use
General responsibilities:
• Provide holiday cover when requested for other members of the Production Team
Required skills and experience:
• Previous Art Department coordination preferable, previous coordination skills essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
