ILM London is seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to provide administrative and production support to the Art Department. Working with a highly talented team of feature film / VFX Concept Artists and reporting to the Supervising Art Director, this is a great opportunity for an aspiring Concept Artist with strong organisational skills to assist in the delivery of world class feature film and VFX projects

Provides administrative and general support to Art department personnel and clients
Booking and setting-up conference calls
Assist with technical / workspace adjustments and set-ups for the team and new starters
Book meetings / space for client and Art Department reviews
Assist with event planning - talks / presentations, and assist with travel and accommodation bookings
Assists in all phases of production from bidding to archiving
Assists artists with clean-up of concept and storyboard artwork
Reading scripts and assists with generating ideas for concept work
Conducts library/video research for reference materials
Creates presentation packages for meetings including scanning, printing and mounting of concept and storyboard artwork
Maintains inventory, orders and stocks all department supplies
Responsible for general department maintenance

Requirements

Must have a background in art history, graphic art, design, media, computer graphics, film or similar
Must be able to demonstrate excellent research skills
Must have previous experience of artwork presentation preparation
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well in high-pressure environment
Must have an understanding of Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
