We are looking for a number of APs and Researchers to work on 4Real - a new large-scale, long-term digital partnership with Channel 4, starting in the coming weeks for just under one year.

The 4Real factual strand aimed at young audiences will involve Barcroft establishing a team to produce and manage original digital, multi-platform video content as part of Channel 4's new Digital Creative Unit, responsible for growing the corporation's presence across digital and social media.

We are looking for versatile, creative and driven team players, with a range of experience from casting to development to shooting, to work across a mix of authentic and provocative, regionally diverse youth-skewing series. Background in journalism is preferable and desired.

This will be based in our London office in Hoxton.
