Circus Street is an exciting business that has doubled in size for three consecutive years. We provide our International Blue Chip clients with engaging on-line learning. Specializing in digital media & marketing we combine this with an unconventional learning experience, which is educational & entertaining. Using interactive methods to stimulate the learning process, each of our 30,000 users, across 125 countries, can attest to the transformative impact of the Circus Street experience.
Our team is currently 45 members strong in the UK office with plans to continue the current growth trajectory in the coming year. We have offices in Soho in London, NYC & Singapore and have large ambitions. Were focused on delivering the very best learning experience for our clients, that include some of the world's most recognized brands in Broadcasting, Pharmaceuticals, Haute Couture, Financial, Retail and Advertising Market.

The role will report to the Creative Director, and will be responsible for animations within the lessons at Circus Street. We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities
Delivers end to end animation for our online, digitally focused lessons.
Participates in brainstorming, visioning sessions with the team, or client as appropriate.
Fully understand the brief and context of the work to be delivered, by asking questions if unsure and sense checking your understanding.
Create storyboards that depict the script and narrative.
Drawing in 2D to create sketches, artwork or illustrations for style guides.
Create motion graphic style animations that simplify complicated information.
Use technical software packages, such as Adobe After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Working to production deadlines and meeting the businesses commercial requirements.
Education, Experience and Skills Required
Experience Studying or working in animation or motion graphics
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work as part of a team or on your own and able to take direction
Flexibility to switch between several projects at once.
Exceptional creativity and innovation, with accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptable and able to take direction
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Salary is £25k. As well as 4pm finish on a friday with board games and the occasional ping pong!
