The successful candidate will have substantial experience in working in customer facing roles. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload and work well as part of a team.You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy.Skills:Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediatelyAssisting clients in finding their way around the officeMaintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activityKeep up to date and maintain daily staff/visitor logs recordsTaking and directing calls, through switchboardMaintaining telephone call log sheetCompleting administrative tasks as and when assigned by line managerKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitorsOrdering supplies for the rest of the officeProviding visitor/guest supportArrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, planning refreshments and organising facilitiesFrank outgoing mail and manage postEnsuring the delivery of the highest quality sound and communications serviceAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAssist with HR Administrative tasks as requestedPhotocopy and file appropriate documents as neededPossessing good organisation, communication and problem solving skillsAd hoc support as requiredExperience:Minimum of 1-2 years previous relevant experienceFamiliarity with phone systemsCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Qualifications & Key Skills:Degree Level or equivalentOffice administration experience essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to work without supervisionExcellent time management skillsExcellent communication and telephone skillsTechnical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programsStrong prioritisation and organisation skillsAbility to handle confidential informationPresentableAbility to multi-task
