We are looking for a social, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our Accounts Team as an Admin Assistant to help support daily activities. Reports to the Group Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Working closely and accurately with other departments within Procam, such as the Bookings team, to open new customer accounts using SAGE.Working with others in the Accounts team, such as Accounts Payable function, to process supplier invoices.Be the first point of contact for the Accounts Team, receiving inbound phone calls and looking after the Accounts email inbox.Person Specification:With 1 years+ experience working in an admin roleA good communicator: approachable, friendly and social.Someone who works well in a team environment and enjoys communicating with people across the company and with customers.Well organised and reliable; someone who maintains a clean and controlled workspace.Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.Excel skills are desirable
