We are an independent camera and lighting equipment rental house based in London, UK, supplying cutting-edge creative tools to cinematographers, filmmakers and digital content producers.Established in 2008 with just a single camera and two employees, over a decade later we have grown to where we stand today, with double digit numbers of both cameras and staff as well as facilitating several hundred client rentals every month.For many of our clients we are their go-to, full service supplier who can handle all aspects of their camera and lighting technical requirements.As a result of continued growth and demand for our services, we are currently looking to recruit a Account Executive to join our busy and responsive rental desk team.About the RoleThis role is ideally suited for someone with an established track record of working within an equipment rental company, but we will consider applications from candidates who have experience/backgrounds in other areas (such as production management/coordination) and are looking for a more permanent position. We would also encourage applicants to apply who are currently working within bookings at a more junior level and have the ambition to 'step-up' to a new opportunity.You will be liaising closely with our clients in commercial, film, broadcast and digital content production to consistently provide excellent customer service at all times. This includes preparing quotations and offering advice and solutions when required.Ensuring our clients expectations are successfully met, fast turnaround and managing multiple requirements simultaneously are the cornerstones of our bookings desk experience. Having the ability to thrive and succeed in this environment is essential for this role.Training across our Insphire bookings system, IT and product range will be provided to the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities:Responding promptly to new and existing client enquiriesBeing proactive in developing and expanding our client baseBe the first point-of-contact for our customers, and able to provide technical & product advice when requiredNegotiating budgets and offering alternatives/upgrades where necessaryDealing with any issues when they arise in a professional and efficient manner.What We Require From YouAt least 3 years' experience (or more) in the film & broadcast sectorExcellent communication skills over the phone, via e-mail and in personNative-level spoken and written EnglishA highly motivated work ethic, with excellent organisational, problem solving and time-management skillsA calm, pleasant attitude and ability to work well under pressureAn authentic commitment to delivering premium customer experience at all times.DetailsOur standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday but specific projects will often require you to be flexible and work outside of these hours, including early/late starts and finishes as well as the occasional weekend shift.
