Glassworks London are currently seeking an experienced 3D Lead to join the team.

This is an opportunity for an individual who has and enjoys using a broad range of 3D skills. The role requires confidence in facing clients and working closely with in-house and external directors and creatives, as well as leading teams of internal artists and managing projects along with the production team. The scope of work ranges from commercials to longform and specialised in-house R&D projects.

Essential skills:

8+ yrs industry experience working with photo-real VFX
Experience leading teams of artists
Confident client-facing communication
Technical ability across a wide range of 3D disciplines
A high standard of quality control
Photorealistic rendering ability
Excellent time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
On set/shoot supervision experience
Software:

Maya / Houdini
Nuke (precomp and above)
Photoshop / mari / substance painter / 3D equaliser / Zbrush
Redshift / Arnold / Unreal
Bonus (but not required):

Traditional 2D skills (drawing/painting etc)
Knowledge of Python / scripting
Interest in photography
