FREELANCE WORK FOR AN INDEPENDENT PRODUCTION COMPANY The PACT/BECTU Freelance Production Agreement is meant to create a fair framework for TV/film freelances working in the independent production sector. Both PACT and BECTU are committed to make it work. But this can only happen if the Agreement is applied. This simple questionnaire is part of the monitoring process. It will help us identify which companies do - and which don't - apply the Agreement. Whenever you are engaged by an independent production company please fill this in All information will be treated in confidence. Your name will not be passed to any employer in any circumstances.
