What we are looking for:

We are looking for a social media native, with a particular interest in the female lifestyle vertical. An in-depth understanding of YouTube would be ideal. We want someone with a spark about them, an independent thinker who can work on weekly tasks but juggle ad-hoc duties as and when needed. This role will require a high level of creativity, organizational skills, strong numeracy and attention to detail.

We need someone that is not phased in a high-pressure environment that is always moving and can hold their own, within a strong team.

Responsibilities:
Running the day-to-day operations of Endemol Beyond UK's YouTube and Social Channels
Creating, scheduling and maintaining a content calendar for related Social Media Streams (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat etc.)
Developing and executing editorial ideas for social media video content in conjunction with the production team.
Analyzing platform metrics and developing optimization action points
Generation of weekly reports for social media and YouTube
Assisting in ad-hoc analytical data gathering
Day-to-day production and project ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
Social media native
Knowledge and strong interest in Female lifestyle
Experience with YouTube CMS or other VOD upload workflow
Experience accurately completing metadata for asset upload
Experience with YouTube/Twitter/Facebook analytics - creating reports and formulating recommendations.
Experience of social networking platforms such as Twitter and Facebook in a professional context advantageous
Strong understanding of Excel/PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office package applications
Basic skills in Photoshop/illustrator and other related Adobe design packages
YouTube certified for Audience Growth would be looked upon favorably

Training:Training will be given across responsibilities both for social networking and broadcast, but a fundamental understanding of the responsibilities and requirements is needed.
