UX Architect

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a UX Architect to become part of the Experience Design (XD) Team, entrusted to deliver cutting edge usability and creative across multiple platforms to help drive forward global sport brands, with the aim of increasing consumer numbers and driving revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGovernance and passion for working UX practices and principles
Responsible for the delivery of leading global sports sites and applications
Delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, sports environment
Working closely with other UX Architects, UI designers and areas of the business from idea conception to product delivery
Undertaking research, analysis and testing throughout the product lifecycle

REQUIREMENTSHighly talented with strong ideas and creativity with an impressive portfolio to match
Proven track record of delivering creative across multiple platforms, including mobile web and native applications
Experience or knowledge of Axure, Visio, Sketch, Principle or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in creating usability testing and customer interaction strategies
Experience creating functional specifications in the form of screenflows, sitemaps, state transition diagrams, annotated wireframes and interactive prototypes
Experience of working within and contributing to an Agile Delivery Framework
Knowledge in interaction design, usability, accessibility and information architecture
A functional and analytical skill set, understanding requirements and user needs to create elegant and usable solutions

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREDExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in presenting and showcasing concepts and visuals to director level stakeholders in the business
Methodical and efficient working style with real attention to detail
Ability to contribute to a design team culture
A true love for sport and everything digital
Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
Design-based educational degree or equivalent industry experience
