Trainee Studio Technician in Central London TV Studio

The ideal candidtate will have a basic foundation knowledge in most of the following fields: cameras, sound, lighting, editing, after effects and IT. The ability to demonstrate practical experience in each of these areas is beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for completing a variety of basic tasks in the studio, gallery, client areas and outside jobs making sure each area is always ready to fulfil its purpose whilst reporting to the Studio Technician. As your training progresses and you demonstrate assiduity you will be given more responsibility.

You will be trained in various technical roles in the studio including camera operating, sound mixing, vision mixing, editing, teleprompt operating, etc. And will be expected to work alongside other staff and freelancers in a professional manner.

You will have a good manner and be ready to interact with clients in a friendly professional way.

Travel nationally and internationally will be required at times.
