Overview
To provide support, both technical and practical, to the staff and clients in our Soho studio.

Requirements
• Apple and PC literate, Google Apps (G-Suite) knowledge, Linux knowledge helpful.
• Knowledge of servers and general networking.
• Basic IT support experience.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Helpful, smiley, and full of drive and own initiative.
• Able to work in a small team and independently.

Duties to include
• Basic IT support - email, networking, wifi, personal computer admin.
• Server - project archiving and restoring.
• Liaising with our engineering support company
• Opening up the studio in the morning and preparing for clients.
• Making drinks, fetching lunches, tidying up, general runners' tasks.
