Studio Co-ordinator

London

We have an opening at our company for a Studio Co-ordinator, to maintain our studios, current client base and to help expand and grow with the company. As well as maintaining and updating our Formula 1 archive and producing small edits on various productions.

Key Responsibilities include
- Organising bookings
- Producing invoices and tailored Quotes for clients
- Organising contracts for bookings
- Sourcing any props or equipment (and setting them up if needed)
- Organising catering if necessary
- Running Events held at the Studios
- Keeping the studios tidy and stocked
- Finding new clients
- Company promotion via social media and blog etc.
- Maintaining the kit room/Preparing kit for shoots
- Assisting on shoots if required
- Maintaining and updating the Archive Database
- Maintaining and updating the websites

Skills Required
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent phone and client manner
- Good communication skills
- Mac literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem solving skills (both technical and practical)
- Basic editing skills with Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut

Additional Skills (ideal but not required)
- Skills on After Effects/ Photoshop are advantageous
- Interest in Formula 1 (1960's-1990's)
- Past archiving experience (CatDV)
- Knowledge of RED cameras and/or DSLR's
- Camera and lighting knowledge in general

The company is small and looking to expand, so salary will increase as mile stones are met. It is a friendly business, with a relaxed enjoyable working environment. We work with high-end clients such as Red Bull, BBC, Sky F1 etc. Ideal candidate will work both well in a team and independently and feel comfortable managing a team of interns.

Looking for a hard worker both looking to prove him or herself and be part of something bigger. This is ideal for a recent graduate.

Working hours are: Mon-Fri 9:30 - 5:30 There will be some early starts/late finishes depending on bookings and productions, as well as occasional weekend work.

Pay is: £14,000 per year + Bonuses & Overtime + Perks such as use of the studio and equipment.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Due to the nature of the job, we are only interested in London based applicants.
