We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, organised Studio and Agent Assistant to help with the day to day running of the studio and assisting our agents with their projects. Based in London, you will be given the opportunity to work with a brilliant team for an evolving and dynamic brand.THE COMPANYThe Voiceover Gallery is a well-established Agency with over 12 years' experience representing Voiceovers for UK and foreign markets as well as providing localisation services for a multitude of clients. The Voiceover Gallery is based in both London and Manchester and has recently relocated to Shepherd's Bush. The teams have backgrounds in both television and radio recordings. THE JOBThis is a job that is for someone who's looking for a start in the industry and who's interest lies in developing their skills and growing within the company, particularly as an agent or project manager. It's a job with a wide range of responsibilities including: Runner dutiesGreeting and hospitality for clients and voices attending the studioMaintaining office systems Supporting studio engineer Setting up, facilitating and coordinating remote ISDN recordingsMonitoring jobs for Manchester based agentsAnswering phones and processing queriesUpdating website Managing databases Email Management Creating and maintaining spreadsheetsREQUIRED SKILLSSolid work ethic and positive attitude Able to use own initiative Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Experience using Microsoft Office Skills, Word, Excel, Outlook Superb attention to detail Have the ability to effectively manage the day to day office requirements and will at times be required to work independently but also as part of a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to interact with Clients at all levels in a professional and courteous mannerExperience within film, TV, advertising and media industry would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given to the right person.
