We are currently looking for a Show Producer- Global Daily TV Magazine at our Red Bull Media House headquarters in Salzburg / Austria.AREAS THAT PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with):Supervision & ExecutionAs Show Producer, you are responsible for the supervision and creation of a daily magazine programme. Moreover, you are responsible for the supervision & execution of bi-weekly live to tape production.AlignmentIn this role, you will align with planning producer, finalize rundown, re-arrange topics and create the perfect mix for the week. The alignment with all stakeholders in production management, graphics and broadcast management is part of your responsibilities as well.Content delivery deadlines & final approvalsYou will create and enforce content delivery deadlines. Moreover, you are responsible for the final approval of stories, master segments and anchor scripts.Editorial team meetingsYou will participate in daily/weekly editorial team meetings and refer to serious issues arising at any time in the production process.Budget planning and controllingThis role covers budget planning and controlling, in collaboration with finance and production department.YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES (proven performance in):5-8 years of continuous practical experience in television production, at least 2 of those in a similar role;Most recent work experience preferably for news, sports or entertainment magazine of a major TV network or large production company;Expert in daily editorial production, workflows and live to tape execution;Skills in coordinating and guiding a large team;Highly efficient and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills;Creative thinker, out of the box approach;Credible relationships with key contacts within the creative scene;Story Telling Abilities / Editorial Competence;Strong communication skills, preferably in multiple languages;Highly creative, flexible, assertive & team oriented.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Journalistic, production management or audio-visual degree (or adequate practical work experience).LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:Strong writing skills in English.
