The Role
The Senior Producer for Video is a new position for the department, borne from the need for support to the Creative Director/Head of Film & Video to offer a consistently high standard for our clients and for the future vision of the department.

Working across a range of video projects for our key clients, duties will include:

Acting as a representative for video at the procurement, pitch and proposal stage
- Ensuring Video is considered and championed when procuring new clients
- Ensuring the use of video is carefully thought out in proposals
- Contributing creative ideas at the pitch stage

Being a key creative on video projects & offering vital client insights
- Taking an initial brief and working on topline ideas
- Acting as a creative advisor and sounding board for account teams within WRG
- writing treatments and creative proposal documents to sell in a concept to client

Refining & championing the role of Video in wider creative projects
- Working to ensure the other departments of the company utilize video to its full potential
- Working to ensure clients see the full potential for video - not only as a standalone platform but as part of an integrated strategy or campaign

Contributing to the creative development of the department
- Share ideas on filmmaking and collaborate with all members of the video team
- Ensure WRG Video lead and innovate on the use of new & integrated technologies
- Championing WRG Video within the wider creative sector

Production support
- Working to enhance interdepartmental relationships by arranging meetings with key members of each division to forecast video workload over the coming months.
- You will require a good understanding of video budgets and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates for the services provided. With the support of the Production Manager you will produce budgets for clients and take overall responsibility for the budget on the specific jobs you are assigned.

The Person
You will be an experienced video Producer and creative with a proven history in the corporate sector. A background in film / television will bolster your creative flair, and you will have a clear vision for how messages can work on screen.
First and foremost, you will be a storyteller with a collaborative approach and strong ideas. An excellent communicator, you will be confident and diplomatic when working on creative projects, sharing ideas and developing outcomes.

Essential:
- Proven success as a creative video producer or director in the corporate sector
- Strong creative vision
- Good technical understanding of video production
- Experience of managing video budgets
- A keen eye for visuals, including animation and production design

Desirable:
- Background as a Producer in the corporate sector
- Experience with internal comms projects
- Experience working with clients from the Pharmaceutical and Finance sectors
- Experience in live events, brand strategy and digital communications
