CNN Digital is building a world-class video production team in London. Our mission is simple: tell great stories in groundbreaking ways. We are leveraging the network's global resources to build an in-house creative agency, equipped with a dedicated design & animation house and cutting edge technology, including Virtual Reality cameras, FS7s, and access to RED digital cinema. The video team will produce award-winning news and enterprise video franchises that contextualize global events and deliver high-end digital series that support the network's verticals, including Style, Travel, Money, Tech and Entertainment. The London team is an expansion of CNN's award-winning Digital Studios group based in New York City.

The Senior Motion graphics Producer is a senior leader within the digital video team. It is responsible for originating and creating graphics and visualizations to tell stories in unique ways, evangelizing a consistent CNN brand look in imaginative ways across different verticals, different regions and multiple consumption experiences. It will be responsible for the day to day look and consistency of video graphic storytelling, communicating the vision set out by the creative director to the broader set of video producers within the organization.

The Producer will work closely with Video Development Producers to conceptualize, manage and execute on a consistent and imaginative vision. The ideal candidate must have a strong design sensibility, experience in a deadline driven environment, technical skills with digital graphics and animations and the ability to handle larger and more complex projects. A proven track-record of communicating a creative vision to multiple stakeholders and disciplines is a must.

Responsibilities include:
Responsible for the day-to-day look and consistency of video graphic storytelling, communicating the vision set out by the creative director to the broader set of video producers within the organization
Work with Video Development Producers to conceptualize daily, series and franchise storytelling
Develop and create motion graphics for a mobile-first world
Serves as backup for the Creative Director for editorial aspects aligning to the department's set vision

Desired skills and experience:
Significant creating and developing graphics and interactive
Working knowledge of video, animation, and interactive software, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D and Maya
