MANCHESTER Self Shooting P/DAn experienced, organised, self-shooting P/D based in Manchester is needed for a major new project looking at the procedures within the Emergency department of a children's hospital. The ideal candidate will have had experience in Observational Documentary programme making and will have a flair for creating good factual stories with a quick turn-around. Experience of working with children and making programmes for younger viewers is a bonus and of course the content is based in Accident and Emergency so you must be confident working within a fast-paced hospital environment without feeling queasy at the sight of blood (or worse!).An Interest in Biology and the human body is a bonus and you must be confident in filming with HD cameras and have a good experience of data workflow.Mid February start for approx 2 months.
